HAPPY EASTER!

Many years ago Terry and I were first time parents and couldn’t wait until our daughter could get into Christmas and participate in the Easter Pageants at church. Courtney spoke early so we thought nothing of her participating in the Easter Pageant. It was only two lines, but with her gift of gab we thought it would be no problem.

“Okay Courtney. Just repeat after Mommy.”

“Okay Mommy.”

“I just came to say. Have a happy Easter day!”

“I just came to say. Have a happy Easter day!” in her always excited 3 year old soon to be 4 voice.

“Yeah Courtney!” she learned it so quickly I thought my GOD she’s a genius!
